First post

This is my first post. I don't know what form the following posts will take or how long I'll continue to do this but this will always be the first one.

I plan to (mainly) write about dev stuff to learn and remember new concepts, and maybe help others along the way.

I was partly inspired by this post from Julia Evans which helped me to clarify my intentions and goals a little better.

These posts will all need categorising eventually (as they will end up covering different subjects) but I'm leaving that for a future PR when posts.length > 1. Until then on with the MVP.
